🛍️ Smelltactics Shopping Policy
Welcome to Smelltactics — we’re so glad you’re here. Every product we make is handcrafted in Milwaukee, WI with care, honesty, and a whole lot of good energy. Because we make and ship small batches of fresh and handmade goods, we want our shopping policy to be simple and fair for everyone.
🧡 Orders & Processing
All Smelltactics items are made or packed fresh when you order. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days for wax and self-care products, and same-day or next-day for our refrigerated food items like seamoss gel popsicles. Payments are processed securely at checkout through PayPal or credit/debit card.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Fresh or perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday to keep them safe in transit and avoid weekend delays. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
If weather or carrier delays ever affect your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and make sure your products arrive in great shape.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are perishable or custom-made, we can’t accept returns on food items such as seamoss gel or popsicles once they’ve left our facility. Non-perishable products (like wax melts, candles, and burners) may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order — include a quick photo so we can make it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once your return is approved.
🕯️ Product Variations
All Smelltactics creations are handmade in small batches. Slight differences in color, scent, or texture are totally normal — that’s what makes every batch unique.
⚠️ Allergy Notice
Some Smelltactics items may contain or come in contact with coconut, nut-derived oils, or natural fragrance oils. Please check ingredient lists carefully and perform a small patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

We never share or sell your personal information. Everything you share with us stays secure and is used only to process your order or improve our service.
